After exhibiting in the major exhibition the Florence Biennale 5 – 13 December 2009 Chloe has just been awarded the International ‘Lorenzo il Magnifico’ prize for her works on paper.

She was invited specially to exhibit at the Florence Biennale by the internal committee earlier this year and has been able to participate many thanks to private sponsorship from Rick Parry Ex Chief Executive of Liverpool Football Club.

With special thanks to George Davies and his lovely GIVe team for their organisation and support transporting Chloe and her work to Florence in his private jet!

Artists are selected who have a website showing talent or cultural value. The exhibition will be held at the Historical Fortezza da Basso in Florence, Italy. In collaboration with the United Nations, the Biennale is also an official participant in the “Dialogue Among Civilisations” program. “Artists have a special role to play in the global struggle for peace…Art opens new doors for learning, understanding, and peace among people and nations,” said UN Secretary General Kofi Annan in 2003.
